flourless peanut butter chocolate chip bacon cookies
Yes you read that right BACON in a cookie. Until a month ago would've thought you crazy had you mentioned adding bacon to a cookie. Being gluten intolerant had to find a twist to the recipes out there for this same cookie. This one is simple to do and quite tasty.
- 1 c
- peanut butter, creamy
- 1 c
- 1 large
- 1/2 c
- chocolate chips
- 3 slice
- bacon, cooked
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
1Preheat oven 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Crumble cooked bacon put aside.
2Combine all ingredients including the crumbled bacon.
Drop a teaspoonful of dough spaced 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Press down with fork lightly.
3Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350. Cookies are done when they begin to brown around edges.
Remove from cookie sheet to cool.
