Since I stopped smoking 2 years ago on April 1st. I have gained a few pounds and "YES" its true food does taste better. So I found a new way of cooking when it comes to watching what I eat. I love my chocolate and this is one way to enjoy with out as much guilt.

Ingredients

1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
unbleached wheat flour
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/8 tsp
salt
1/4 c
i cant belive its not butter
1/2 c
dark brown sugar
1/2 c
white sugar
1/3 c
unsweetend baking cocoa
2 large
eggs
1/3 c
mini-chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl (Do not pack flour when measuring).
2Beat butter, brown sugar with mixer on medium speed until fluffy, gradually beat in flour mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
3Drop 1-inch balls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Back 350F for 10 minutes. Cool on pan for a few minutes then finish cooling on wire rack.
