These are so nice... and so naughty at the same time! Perfect for an indulgent moment or to give as gifts (if you're feeling generous.)


1 1/4 c
butter, softened
1/3 c
cocoa, unsweetened
2 1/4 c
powdered sugar
1/4 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
2 c
dark chocolate chips (hershey's special dark)
1 c
chocolate sprinkles


1In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and cocoa till light and fluffy.
2Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
3Add flour and mix well.
4Stir in dark chocolate chips.
5Refrigerate for 1 hour and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
6Roll into 1 inch balls(small PC scoop is perfect). Dip in chocolate sprinkles. Place sprinkled side up, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
7Bake at 325 for 10 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
