In large bowl, combine all ingredients except flour. Mix well. Stir in flour until well blended. Refrigerate dough at least two hours.
Heat oven to 375. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough 1/3 at a time to 1/8" thickness. Cut into desired shapes with lightly floured cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheets spacing inch apart. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
I like to put a thin lemon icing (1 cup powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice) on this and just sprinkle with colored sugars or sprinkles. You could decorate however you wanted...maybe take the egg whites and brush cookies before baking, sprinkle with sugar and bake.
