How To Make coca cola cookies

  Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.

  Cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar until light and fluffy about 2 minutes. Beat in vanilla extract then the egg, then cola mix until just combined.

  Slowly beat in flour mixture about a half of a cup at a time, until just combined.

  Scoop Tablespoon balls onto parchement paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 13 minutes rotating pan halfway through baking. Remove from oven allow to sit on the pan for about 2 minutes then transfer them to a cooling rack.

  For the Frosting..... Beat the butter until it begins to turn creamy, then add the the powdered sugar until combined. Then add the cola, mix well until creamy. Then frost cookies.
