Caramel Cookie Cheesecake Pie
My sister-in-law, Debbie, gave me this recipe. She found it in a magazine.
- 2 pkg
- cream cheese( 8 oz ea) at room temperature
- 1/2 c
- 2 large
- twix bars (fun size) about 2 3/4 cup total, chopped
- chocolate cookie pie crust 8-inch
1Preheat oven to 325 F.
2With electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar and eggs on medium high until smooth.
3Mix in 2 cups of the chopped Twix bars.
4Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake until set, 40 to 45 minutes; let cool.
5Sprinkle the pie with the remaining Twix bars and chill until firm, 8 to 10 hours.
