Applesauce Raisin Cookies
This recipe was originally tweaked from my very first and still referenced Fannie Farmer paperback cookbook.

Fit parchment paper to cookie sheet
Rehydrate raisins in 11/2 cup of hot water,until plump.(Raisins can be done ahead and drained)
Soften butter @ room temperature
Mix egg,applesauce and softened butter together, add to food processor bowl. Pulse until well mixed.
Arrange by spoonfuls on the cookie sheets and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned
