Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a saucepan, combine amaretto, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in pecans and flour. Beat well until blended. Drop mixture by level teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake only 6 cookies at a time (cookies will spread out).
Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool cookies on baking sheet 1 minutes. While still warm, roll each cookie into a roll. Repeat with remainning cookie dough until all cookies have been baked and rolled.
