Ingredients

2 c	sugar
1 c	flour
1/2 c	powdered cocoa
1 tsp	baking powder
1 c	butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c	peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
4	eggs
1/4 c	milk

I found this brownie recipe in a recipe book I received as a gift yrs. ago. It is called Gooseberry Patch... This is my #1 recipe for brownies. I also love that they are easy and homemade. You can make them with frosting, choco chips, nuts, peanut butter chips, cheesecake version.. Whatever tickles your fancy..

Directions

Combine sugar, flour,cocoa and baking powder. Add butter and peanut butter; mix well.

Add eggs and milk; beat till smooth. If you want to add chocolate chips and peanut butter chips fold them in at this time.. Be sure to toss with a little flour before adding chips so they do not sink to the bottom

pour into greased 10"x14" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. If you want to frost, spread 1/4 cup of peanut butter and 1/4 cup chocolate chips over warm brownies.
