Mexican brownies from scratch

3/4 c butter (melted)
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 Tbsp special dark cocoa powder
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper

I couldn't find this recipe from scratch anywhere, so I just made my brownies with the pepper!!

Mix all ingredients well in mixer, pour batter into 9x9 greased baking pan.
Bake in 350* oven for 45 minutes.

I do the same thing with my brownies, chocolate cakes, and chocolate covered pretzels! I love adding cayenne to chocolate! Great post!

My daughter is in spanish and they get extra credit in class today if they bring a spanish dish! So this was a quick easy yummy gooey A for her LOL

If you want to make them real Mexican....sub the chocolate for Mi abuelita hot coco bars. Grind the bar and add that instead!
