chocolate, unsweetened squares (3oz.)
confectioners' sugar (more if needed)
almond or vanilla flavoring
Chop the chocolate squares into small pieces.
Melt the chocolate and cream in a medium sauce pan on the stove on medium heat or in a double broiler .
Stir constantly until nice and smooth.
Add slightly beaten egg and cook until thick and smooth.
Remove from stove and pour into a mixing bowl , add the sugar gradually , beating until smooth.
Add the flavoring last of all.
Frost your favorite cake or cupcakes and enjoy.
