This is a our dip/dessert/munchie food of choice. It is healthy and it so satisfies the sweet tooth.Our friends now all make it. It's a hippy, yuppy sort of dish but kids seam to love it too.

Note the 2 hours is chill time

pinch tips: How to Melt Chocolate

only the fast ones
2 Hr 5 Min


1 c
peanut butter
1/3-1/2 c
1 c
dried cherries diced
2/3 c
seeds and or nuts ( pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, pistachio, chopped nuts)

Directions Step-By-Step

To a bowl add peanut butter and honey.
Mix very well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Chill well before serving

Eat with fork from dessert bowl or as a family free-for-all.
If you wish you can shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar or crushed nuts. for a forks free snack
