QUICK & EASY Peanut Butter Fudge

Very simple & tasty-give it a try! I use 2% milk-just because THAT is what is USUALLY in my refrigerator, but have also used whole milk.

Ingredients

2 c
sugar
1/2 c
milk (2% or whole milk-both work fine)
1 tsp
vanilla
3/4 c
peanut butter

Step-By-Step

1In heavy saucepan; bring to boil; sugar & milk. Boil 2 1/2 minutes.

2Remove from heat; ADD vanilla & peanut butter. Stir to mix well.

3Pour into greased pan. THE SIZE OF PAN, DETERMINES THICKNESS OF FUDGE. Cool, cut & enjoy!
