Christmas Peanut Butter Coconut Cherry Balls

- butter (softened)
- 1 1/3 c
- peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 4 c
- powdered sugar
- maraschino cherries (chopped fine)

- chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet or dark, your choice)

1Mix together thoroughly, and roll in very small balls.
2Put in freezer for several hours or preferably overnight.
3Melt in double boiler... 6 oz chocolate chips, 6 tablespoons paraffin. Dip Frozen balls in and drain over waxed paper on a rack. Can double dip if Want. I usually doubled the cherry mixture and the chips mixture made Enough for dipping a double batch... enjoy...
