I have to be honest I have made this one time. The apricots are not my favorite fruit. They were good but just not to me.

Ingredients

2 c
dried apricots, finely chopped
2 1/2 c
coconut, flaked
14 oz
condensed milk
1 1/4 c
chopped walnuts
1/2 c
confectioners' sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine apricots and coconut. Add condensed milk, mix well. Stir in walnuts. Chill for 30 minutes [the mixture will be sticky]. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners sugar. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 5-6 dozen.
