My Mother-in-law made this deliciously moist cake one day. Everyone instantly fell in love with it.

Ingredients

2 medium
zucchini
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 1/4 c
sugar
2 large
eggs
1/2 c
vegetable shortening
1 1/4 c
chopped walnuts
1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
cloves

SOUR CREAM FROSTING

2 1/2 c
confectioners' sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
sour cream
1/4 c
vegetable shortening

Step-By-Step

1Mix all dry ingredients. Beat sugar, eggs and shortening. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix well.
2Bake at 350 degrees 13 x 9 pan 30 – 35 minutes, until toothpick comes up clean.
Let Cool
3Mix all frosting ingredients at low speed until mixed. Increase to high 1 minute or until fluffy.
