1Mix the tree ingredients listed together. Spray a 13x9 pan with baking Pam and pour in the batter. Sprinkle the top with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely
