IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE BOTH FLOURS N PUT ASIDE. IN ANOTHER LARGE BOWL ON MED SPEED CREAM BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR N BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY ABOUT 3 MINUTES. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION N ADD VANILLA....NOW ADD FLOURS N ALTERNATE WITH MILK ...DO NOT OVERBEAT JUST TILL WELL COMBINED. B SURE TO SCAPE DOWN SIDES OF BOWL WITH SPATULA.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 POUR EQUAL AMOUNTS OF BATTER INTO EACH GREASED N FLOURED CAKE PAN N SMOOTH OUT ...U CAN TAP PANS LIGHTLY ON COUNTER TO EVEN OUT TOPS 2-3x. BAKE FOR 35-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTD IN MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN

IN MED BOWL BLEND DRY PUDDING MIX, CONFECTIONERS SUGAR WITH SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE N FOLD IN COOL WHIP. FROST CAKE..... ENJOY :)
