Ingredients

1 box
super moist yellow cake mix
1 small
box instant vanilla pudding
1 small
box coconut cream instant pudding
1 1/3 c
milk
4 large
eggs
1/3 c
oil
8 oz
crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) and dry pineapple good
2 c
angel flake coconut
1 Tbsp
vanilla flavoring
1 Tbsp
coconut flavoring

FROSTING

8 oz
cream cheese, softened well
4 Tbsp
butter, softened well
1 Tbsp
evaporated milk
1 Tbsp
pineapple juice (from above)
16 oz
box powdered sugar, sifted of all lumps
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 tsp
coconut flavoring

Step-By-Step

1READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING THE CAKE, PLEASE.
2IN A LARGE BOWL, SIFT THE CAKE MIX AND PUDDING MIXES TOGETHER 3 TIMES TO INSURE THERE ARE NO LUMPS.
3ADD MILK, EGGS, OIL AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
4STIR IN PINEAPPLE, FLAVORINGS AND COCONUT. MIX WELL. SPOON INTO 3 GREASED AND FLOURED 9" CAKE PANS. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.
5WHILE LAYERS ARE WARM, NOT HOT, REMOVE FROM PANS AND POKE HOLES IN TOP. SPOON GENEROUS AMOUNTS OF PINEAPPLE JUICE OVER EACH LAYER.
6MIX ICING INGREDIENTS IN ORDER LISTED AND SPREAD BETWEEN LAYERS, TOP AND SIDE OF CAKE. SPRINKLE TOP AND SIDES WITH COCONUT.
