Hi, these recipes sound amazing. One problem, however: I have noticed that all cake mixes are now 15.25 oz, not 18. Does this make a difference in the amount of soda to add???

Thanks so much Pat and Cin. I appreciate your info about Dump Cake/Cobbler Cake, that too has been my experience but I could not find the exact words to use; thanks for describing for me. And, I believe I will use my jelly-roll pan when I make it, that way maybe it will get more done in the middle and be more like a cake.
Have you or anyone else used maybe 3 or 4 9" round pans and then iced them? Just a thought for a beautiful fall cake.
Thanks again Pat and Cin. Will let you know how I do.
Blessings, Joy
