- refrigerated biscuits
- oil for frying
- cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, glaze, or whatever else you can think of to put on them!
1Heat about an inch of oil in a pan on low-medium heat. Or use a deep fryer.
2Open biscuits and lay out on a flat surface. Use a apple corer or other circular utensil to make a hole in the center of each biscuit.Save the centers for donut holes!
3Gently place biscuits into oil and watch them puff up. Watch close because they will brown fast.Once one side is brown you may need to flip them over to brown the other side. Cooking time is less than a minute!
4Take them out of the oil and place on a paper towel. Dip them in toppings of your choice.
