Ingredients

2 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c butter
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c sour cream
1 pkg hersheys cinnamon chips
3 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.

Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.

Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix until all combined.

Add cinnamon chips and stir into batter. Set aside.

Spoon batter into 4 mini loaf pans until about 3/4 full. Mix 3 Tbs sugar and 3 tsp cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle over the batter in each loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 38 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.

Hersheys cinnamon chips????? I have not seen theses here in Kansas. Anyone out here in Kansas seen them????

Hershey's cinnamon chips are usually seasonal, around Christmas time. You can order them all year round online Hersey's Store. My advice is to stock up and freeze these chips during the holiday. I sometime use vanilla chips.

I made this with chocolate chips since I didn't have the cinnamon ones and it was awesome! Family favorite...made second batch today! Thank you.

II followed the recipe to a "T" and it wouldn't get done. Any suggestions
And it wouldn't even come out of my mini pans! :-(
