Ingredients

FOR THE BROWNIES

6 oz
bittersweet chocolate chopped
1/2 c
butter
2 large
eggs
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
flour
1/4 tsp
each baking soda and salt
1 c
fresh raspberries

FOR THE TRUFFLE FROSTING

6 oz
bittersweet frosting chopped
3/4 c
heavy cream
2 Tbsp
seedless raspberry jam
1 tsp
vanilla

fresh raspberries for garnish

Directions Step-By-Step

Brownies
Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat on stove top.
Preheat oven 350
Grease a 9 in square pan.

In large bowl beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix in the chocolate mixture. Combine the flour baking soda and salt. Mix into the chocolate mixture until well combined. Stir in the raspberries. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

For the Frosting
Melt the chocolate with the cream and jam until smooth. Place in freezer until cooled but not frozen. Stir in the vanilla and beat until stiff.

Frost the cooled brownies and cut into 12 pieces. Place a raspberry on top of each pieces.
