Quick and Easy Sweet Potato Pound Cake

- mashed cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- ground nutmeg

- betty crocker cream cheese frosting
1Heat oven to 350^. Grease a 10 inch angel food cake pan or bundt pan with shortening and lightly flour (or use spray flour).
In a large bowl, beat cake mix, potatoes, milk nutmeg and eggs with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
Spread in pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and cake is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to rack.
Cool completely, about 1 hour. Frost cake with cream cheese frosting.
