| 1 pkg | instant butter scotch pudding mix |
| 1/4 c | oil |
| 1 c | cooked pumpkin |
| 2 tsp | pumpkin pie spices |
| whipped topping, optional |

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.Beat on low speed for 30 seconds.Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 55 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.Serve with whipped cream desired.

I did not like the cake the first time I made it; little taste and the butterscotch pudding overpowered everything. Been reading the comments so today I got pumpkin spice pudding and a spice cake mix. Will give it another try. The moistness of the cake is great so hopefully this will bring out the pumpkin flavor.
