Ingredients

yellow cake mix
4
eggs
1/4 c
water
1 pkg
instant butter scotch pudding mix
1/4 c
oil
1 c
cooked pumpkin
2 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
whipped topping, optional

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.

2Beat on low speed for 30 seconds.

3Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 55 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

5Serve with whipped cream desired.
