1Take 2 cups of regular granulated sugar and add 1 cup cornstarch.Whisk this together in bowl.
2Put batches in a coffee grinder and grind and see what happens.It turns into powdered sugar.Watch when you open the lid though,its a little wafty in the air.Can not tell the difference.Except for a extra little special crunch now and then.I just call that,fairy sprinkles.
