Peaches and Cream Cheese Cake

I found this yummy recipe in a magazine years ago and have made it several times and my kids love it. Hope you enjoy this one.

Ingredients

FILLING 1

3/4 c
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 small pkg
vanilla pudding mix - do not use instant and do not cook the pudding
3 Tbsp
margarine, soft
1 large
egg
1/2 c
milk
16 oz can(s)
sliced peaches, drained,-----reserve juice

FILLING 2

3 Tbsp
reserved peach juice
8 oz pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c
sugar

TOPPING

1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground

Step-By-Step

1Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding mix, softened margarine, egg and milk. Pour into a greased pie pan. Top the mixture with peaches slices.

2In a medium bowl with a mixer blend the cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice until smooth. Mixture will be thick, drop by spoonfuls over peaches.

3Top with sugar and cinnamon.

4Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. After it has cooled..store in refrigerator.
