Ingredients

3 c
sifted all purpose flour
2 c
sugar
4 Tbsp
cocoa powder
2 Tbsp
white vinegar
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2/3 c
vegetable oil
2 c
water

FROSTING

1/2 c
butter
3 c
confectioners' sugar
3-4 Tbsp
milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Mix together all cake ingredients and blend well with electric mixer or wire whip.
2Pour into ungreased 9 X13 - inch pan.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until center of cake springs back when touched.
4TO MAKE FROSTING, cream together butter and confectioners sugar.
5Gradually add milk and vanilla; continue mixing until smooth and creamy
