Pam Glicker's Vinegar Cake W/ Buttercream Frosting
sifted all purpose flour
Mix together all cake ingredients and blend well with electric mixer or wire whip.
Pour into ungreased 9 X13 - inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until center of cake springs back when touched.
TO MAKE FROSTING, cream together butter and confectioners sugar.
Gradually add milk and vanilla; continue mixing until smooth and creamy
