Ingredients

8 oz
chocolate
1/4 c
corn syrup, light
plastic wrap

Step-By-Step

1Melt chocolate in a double broiler or in microwave and stir till smooth

2warm corn syrup in microwave till slightly warm

3stir corn syrup into chocolate and mix well....the chocolate will thicken up and turn into a dough

4knead it a little then put it in some plastic wrap and let set for several hours or overnight

5Work chocolate with hands to soften...warm hands will soften the dough and cold hands will not.
