|1-1/2 c||wheat bran|
|1 c||fat-free milk|
|1/2 c||natural applesauce|
|2/3 c||light brown sugar|
|1/2 c||all purpose flour|
|1/2 c||whole wheat flour|
|1 tsp||baking soda|

|1 c||wymans wild blueberries, frozen, or any other brand wild blueberries|

DirectionsHeat oven to 325. Spray muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In bowl, mix together wheat bran and milk. Let sit for 10 mins.In lg bowl, mix together applesauce, egg, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat in bran mix. In another bowl, sift together flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt.Stir dry mix into bran mix until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon mix into muffin cups, 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 mins, or until tops spring back when touched.
