If you love chocolate but not the fat or calories - you will LOVE this recipe! I got this from Hungry Girl cookbook and it is one of my favorites. If that wasn't good enough it only takes about 2 minutes to make this wonderful chocolate cake!!

Ingredients

1 tsp
instant coffee granules
1 tsp
mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp
devil's food cake mix
1 Tbsp
fat free sour cream
1 Tbsp
fat-free liquid egg substitute
1/4 tsp
vanilla
1/8 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
splenda
dash salt

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Place coffee granules and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Add 2 TBS hot water and stir until ingredients have dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Microwave for 1 minutes and 45 seconds.
