I have been making this cake for years. Super easy with only 5 ingredients! It is good all by itself or you can make a simple sugar glaze if you want. It doesnt really need any topping because it is super moist! You can play with different flavors of cake mix/pudding mix. Endless possibilities! Super easy! Has never failed me.

Ingredients

1 box
18.25 ounce package lemon cake mix
1 box
3.4 ounce instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 c
vegetable oil

eggs
1 c
lemon-lime soda (7up)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Stir in oil. Beat in the eggs, one at a time until they are well blended. Then fold in in 7Up carefully and only until it is fully mixed.

Add batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
