I found this to be a very good SF cake and freezes very well. Your friends won't know its SF. Look for my SF icing also to go on this cake.

Ingredients

2 c
whole wheat flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 c
chop nuts
3/4 c
oil
3/4 c
honey
4
eggs
2 c
carrot, shredded
1 c
pineapple, crushed drained

Step-By-Step

1Mix dry items well. Add oil,honey and eggs. Mix well stir in remaining items.Pour in to a bundt pan and bake at 350* for about 45 mins. depending on oven. Cool for about 10 mins. then turn out and let finish cooling.
