I was asked by the family to make something sweet and I had not gone to the store so I made do with what I had. Everyone loved it. Best thing is I guess you can say it is a little healthy without tons of calories, carbs, and sugar.
Mix and bake the sugar free cake mix according to the box in a 9 X 13 pan. (I use Pilsbury Sugar Free Cake Mix)Let the cake cool completely.
Mix the 2 boxes of Chocolate Sugar Free Instant Pudding with 3 cups of milk (I use Silk because regular milk has more sugar in it). Pour on top of cooled cake. Chill for 30 minutes. Spread the Cool Whip on top then put back in the frig until ready to eat.
