1 bx	chocolate cake mix
4	eggs-at room temperature
1 stk	melted butter
2-3 Tbsp	water
1 bx	powered sugar
1 lg	pkg of cream cheese

This recipe has been passed among family and friends for several years. It is easy, with few ingredients, and the taste is wonderful. The recipe makes great cupcakes also. Enjoy!

Directions

Mix chocolate cake mix, 1 egg, melted butter, and water
to make batter. (The batter will be stiff.)

Pat batter into a GREASED 9x13 pan.

Mix powdered sugar, 3 eggs and cream cheese.

Pour topping over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Check cake after 25 minutes as ovens very in heat.

Cake will pull away from sides of the pan but will be softer in the middle.

Allow to cool 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.

I like this recipe because it looks like it's easy to make, and I know it has to be moist with that topping you pour over it! I've got to try it-I guess you could use any flavor cake mix?

The picture of the kitchen was taken at an Alaskan museum. They have a model of a house that was a replication of how the settlers lived after WWII. I loved it!!
