1Oil the mug or spray with cooking spray. Then add three tablespoons of oil. You are just minutes away from chocolate cake!
2Add two packets of cocoa Mix and flour. Mix well with fork. Then add remaining ingredients and stir well with a fork. You are now ready to bake your five minute chocolate cake in a mug, but remember it only bakes three minutes in the microwave
3Place in microwave for no more than three minutes. It will puff up so pretty, but don't be concerned. Watch it, but don't stop it when it starts to puff. This was fun .... kind of like jiffy pop corn in the sixties when we didn't have microwave popcorn. The top would puff up when you heated it! Voila! chocolate cake!Remove and let it stand a few minutes. Then run a knife around it to loosen it. Dump it on a plate. I think it is great hot, and my husband prefers it cold.
4Options for serving:
You can split it in half and top with ice cream and whipped cream or chocolate sauce for dessert for two. Or put ice cream between the layers and then fudge and whipped cream for a great hot fudge cake for ONE.(ME).lol
