i'm a peanut butter addict,i create this delicious cake recipe,with a pinch of cinnamon.

3 Tbsp
cinnamon-sugar
1 3/4 c
creamy peanut butter
1/4 c
margarine,softened
3/4 c
splenda sweetener
2
eggs
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
sodium-free salt
3/4 c
cold milk

FROSTING

1/2 c
crunchy peanut butter
3 Tbsp
margarine,softened
3 c
confectioners' sugar
1/2 c
cold milk
1 1/2 tsp
coconut extract
ground cinnamon,optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

In a large bowl,combine peanut butter,margarine and splenda sweetener.Add eggs and cinnamon;mix well.Combine flour,baking powder and sodium-free salt;
add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.Mix well.

Pour into the pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out
clean.Cool on wire rack.

For the frosting,combine peanut butter and margarine.Add sugar,milk and coconut extract;mix until smooth.Frost onto the cake and sprinkle cinnamon on the
cake.
