1Rinse Strawberries and cut around the top of the Strawberry. Remove the Top of Strawberry clean out inside if it isn't hollow already.
2In a Mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add Cream cheese mix into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off. Fill Strawberries with the Cheesecake Mixture.
3Once Strawberries are filled sprinkle or dip the strawberry tops with Graham cracker crumbs. If not serving immediately refrigerate until ready to serve.
