Cheesecake stuffed Strawberries

1 lb
strawberries, whole
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
3-4 Tbsp
powdered sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
graham crackers, crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

Rinse Strawberries and cut around the top of the Strawberry. Remove the Top of Strawberry clean out inside if it isn't hollow already.
In a Mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add Cream cheese mix into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off. Fill Strawberries with the Cheesecake Mixture.
Once Strawberries are filled sprinkle or dip the strawberry tops with Graham cracker crumbs. If not serving immediately refrigerate until ready to serve.

I just posted this too! The recipe is actually from the Homestead Survival web site. I made them for a cookout yesterday and they were a big hit.

Yeah my family loved them too. My son liked the Cheesecake more then the Strawberries though. :)
