all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 In medium bowl, add 1/3 c flour, 1/2 c sugar 2 tbsp cocoa 1 egg 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/4 c vegetable oil. Mix well and set aside
In large bowl cream butter and 3/4 c sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after adding each ingredient. Then add 2 tsp vanilla
add in 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 c flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 2/3 c cold milk. Beat after each ingredient.
Pour a small amount of vanilla batter into a muffin tin or cupcake wrappers, (I just use a greased tin without wrappers)
Then add a scoop or two of the brownie batter, then finish filling with the vanilla batter
bake at 350 for about 18-25 minutes (I dont use frosting but I think a chocolate flavored frosting would work best)
