1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease 2 (9-inch) round cake pans with cooking spray;sprinkle with chopped heath bars
2In large bowl,beat cake mix,pudding mix,egg whites,fat free milk,peanut oil and chocolate syrup with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute.Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.Fold in chopped chocolate bars.Pour batter into pans.
3Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool 10 minutes.Remove cakes from pan to cooling rack;cool completely.Wrap cake layers;refrigerate at least 1 hour.
4To make Nutty Cream Cheese Toffee Frosting:in a large bowl,combine whipped topping,cream cheese,vanilla extract,chopped macadamia nuts and english toffee bits,whisk together until well blended;set aside.
5Place 1 cake layer,top side up,on serving plate.Spread with half of the frosting mixture.Sprinkle with chopped nestle crunch bars.Place second cake layer,top side up,on chopped chocolate.Spread remaining frosting mixture on top and sides of the cake.Cover;refrigerate until serving time.Drizzle with butterscotch syrup.
