Ingredients

1/2 c
applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 c
sugar or substitute
1 c
non fat sour cream
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
2 c
whole grain flour
1 c
blackberries

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a large bowl, whisk together applesauce, sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.

3Gradually mix in baking powder, baking soda, and flour. When well combined, fold in blackberries.

4Pour batter into greased Bundt pan. Bake 40-50 minutes.
