salad oil

flour
2 tsp
soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/1 tsp
allspice, ground
3 c
fresh chopped carrots
ICING FOR CARROT CAKE
1 box
confectionary sugar
8 pkg
cream cheese
1/4 lb
butter soft

ADD 1 1/2 CUPS SALAD OIL OR VEG
SIFT TOGETHER
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEAS SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
1/2 TEASPOON ALLSPICE

ADD TO EGG MIXTURE THE 3 CUPS CARROTS
IF YOU LOVE WALNUTS OR RAISINS THEY CAN ALSO GO IN TO EGG MIXTURE I ADD ABOUT 1 1/2 CUPS EACH
BAKE AT 375 25 TO 30 MINS FOR CAKE
THIS RECIPE CAN ALSO BE USED FOR ZUCCHINI OR PUMPKIN WHICH IS BREAD SO BAKE TIME IS 55 MINS TO 1 HR
