Directions
mixed 2 cups sugar,4 eggs together in one bowl add 3 cups carrots stir well
ADD 1 1/2 CUPS SALAD OIL OR VEG
SIFT TOGETHER
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEAS SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
1/2 TEASPOON ALLSPICE
ADD 1 1/2 CUPS SALAD OIL OR VEG
SIFT TOGETHER
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEAS SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
1/2 TEASPOON ALLSPICE
ADD TO EGG MIXTURE THE 3 CUPS CARROTS
IF YOU LOVE WALNUTS OR RAISINS THEY CAN ALSO GO IN TO EGG MIXTURE I ADD ABOUT 1 1/2 CUPS EACH
BAKE AT 375 25 TO 30 MINS FOR CAKE
