Holly's Notes:

Everyone was fighting over this Easter weekend.

It's like eating a Mounds Bar in the form of a cake.

You must take this to a gathering or you will eat the whole darn thing yourself!

Directions

1
Prepare cake batter according to package directions.
2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3
Grease 9x13 inch pan.
4
Cover the bottom of the pan with nuts and coconut.
5
Pour cake batter evenly over the top.
6
Melt margarine in medium-sized bowl.
7
Add cream cheese to margarine and whip with electric mixer until smooth.
8
Gradually add in powdered sugar and continue to whip until smooth.
9
Drop cheese mixture by spoonfuls over the batter.
10
Bake 40-45 minutes. You can't test this cake for doneness because it is too gooey!

This has got all my favorite stuff in it. I love chocolate, coconut, cream cheese and pecans. I can not wait to try this going to this weekend with my extended family for I will not eat the whole thing by myself.
