This is a recipe I clipped from a magazine and have yet to try but it sounds simple and one that can be altered to suit your own tastes

Ingredients

20 oz
crushed pineapple, undrained
3.4 oz
instant vanilla pudding
1 c
thawed cool whip
1
round angel food cake, slice into 3 layers
seasonal berries

Step-By-Step

1Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in a medium bowl; gently stir in whipped topping
2Stack cake layers on plate, spread pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake
3Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries
