Almonds Lemon Jello cake.
3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
white or yellow box cake mix
1 1/2 tsp
pure lemon extract
1PREPARE CAKE MIX LIKE PACKAGE SAYS.
DISSOLVE gelatin in water slightly.ADD this to the cake mix.
2THEN ADD eggs and oil.AFTER this cooled,pour in 9x11 1/2 pan.
3BAKE at 350* for 1 hour.
1/4 cup lemon juice,1 1/2cup. powdered sugar,
Mix together util smooth and ice hot cake-punch holes in the cake with a fork or long cookpick,make the holes .Before frosting the cake.
Garnish with very thin slices of lemons and top it with little more almonds. ENJOY IT TANGY sweet great yummy its great.?????
