Low carb light and fluffy coconut flour pancakes

These are good server with eggs and bacon you have a nice low carb breakfast or dinner. They only have 3.5 grams per serving. Ok up date on this just made them you have to add 4 large eggs. And make small pancakes about 3 inches.

Ingredients

1/2 c
coconut flour
3 Tbsp
stevia
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 c
butter
1 c
coconut or almond milk
1/2 tsp
vanilla
4 large
eggs

Blend all together in a blender. Cook till golden and enjoy.
