You should be able to find all these grains in the bulk section of almost any health food store.
steel cut oats or groats
maple syrup, honey, sugar, brown sugar or low calorie sweetener to taste
1Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
2Cook on low about 8 hours or overnight as you sleep.
3Add sweetener of choice. Add any dried or fresh fruit and nuts of choice if desired.
