Weight Watcher's Breakfast Dumpling

- 1 c
- milk (i use the coconut milk usually next to almond milk, but can be any of these)
- 1/4 tsp
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon to taste
- artificial sweetner
1In bowl beat eggand crumble or tear up bread into pieces. Heat milk in a sauce pan until simmering. Mix vanilla and cinnamon with egg mixture and add to milk. Cover pan and reduce to low heat. Leave for about 2-3 minutes before removing lid.
2Great on a cold morning. Can also do in the microwave. Heat milk about 1 min. add egg mixture and heat again for 1 min. Quick and yummy!
