pizza crust (in frig tube)
16 oz
turkey sausage
16 oz
carton of eggbeaters
1/2 c
finely chopped onion
2 c
white sauce (or alfredo sauce)
2 c
mozzarella

Directions Step-By-Step

~ Precook turkey sausage (can add Italian or other seasoning) - breaking into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
~ Precook eggbeater - breaking into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
~ Finely chop onion.

~ Spray pizza pan and fingers with non-stick spray. Spread crust onto pan.

~ Spread sauce onto crust, followed by sausage, onion, egg, and mozzarella.

Bake 17-20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
