This is for me! salmon and grits...YUM!

    1. What size pan or skillet do you use?

    2. Did you use sock-eye canned salmon?

    3. Would it work better if you scramble the eggs,
    then stir in the salmon.?
    Then add the grits?

    4. Did you cover the pan then for 10 minutes?.

    5. I will be making this ...soon.
